I know it's only the 26th, but has anyone seen this 'email' sent out to all owners informing them of their upgrade paths? I'm still waiting for mine....

nothing here I even sent them an Email with the provided address and nothing, don't hold your breath guys nothing has changed...

ANyone who spends their money with DUY is a fool. I bought some plugins from a user in America. To cut a long story short, they didn't include a piece of software the seller thought he had on the key, so we cancelled the transaction.

Nearly a year later, he still can't get access to his Ilok as DUY will not respond to a request from Ilok for him to authorize. Other much larger companies don't even require this authorization, so you would think with DUY's stinking reputation they could have taken the soft way out and allowed for automatic authorisation, zero effort for them, but no, they just don't deliver.

It used to be that complaints built up against them, then there would be a round of appologies and certain things would get dealt with, now it seems that even that isn't the case.

I brought my DUY plugs when PT 9 was released they were having a massive sale. Paid and got a real quick response it was only when I wanted to upgrade them to TDM I noticed the lack of response. 8 times I sent them a support ticket about upgrading wanting to give them cash and nothing at all. Once this happened I started researching on the net about DUY and read all the horror stories. I love the plugs I use and really want the TDM versions, but like all the stories on the net they just don't reply. DUY please sort it out!!!!!!!

They are actually going on automatic authorization on the new website that will be launched on nov 5th. Read their post again. Yeah I know they have an awful past, but let's wait until the new website is up to see. As for Daniel, have anyone actually tried to email Sylvia instead?

Still doesn't take 1-2 yrs to authorize an ilok license or answer an email ... OR redo a website that is supposed to make magic happen which IT wont so ..
