There is no ASIO control panel in Pro Tools.
The Digi ASIO driver is used outside of Pro Tools to interface with 3rd party ASIO compatible software.

Try opening up your I/O Setup Options in Pro Tools and click on the Default button to see if that sets things straight for you.
Also check the "Default Output" settings there.

That picture is of the ASIO setup panel in Reason. It is shown only as an example to point out that you configure the ASIO driver in the setup options of each individual ASIO capable application.
Each application will have different ASIO setup options.

From the ASIO Driver Usage Guide... just above the image you mention:

Configuring ASIO Driver settings is done in your third party ASIO program. For example, with Propellerhead Reason, click on the ASIO Control Panel.
