Zoom R16 / HUI issues

Hey there,

I'm having trouble finding out what to do to permit my zoom R16 to work as a controller with my version of pro tools 9hd on Mac OSX.

I managed to do all the steps but as a result Pro tools is still unable to communicate with HUI.

Help?
