How to rewire Reason 10 into PT 2022.9

Did this get dropped somewhere along the line? There are a couple of sounds in Reason 10 I like to use in my songs but was hoping not to have to upgrade to Reason 11 for just a couple of sounds?

Am I missing something obvious here? I'm going to hook up my old cheese grater and make sure I'm not crazy.

Rewire was dropped some time ago. If you’re using 2022.9 use Aux IO to go from Reason to Pro Tools. No need for rewire.

OK that will force me to learn that new aspects of 2022.9.

That’s only one part of the ReWire equation. That will get you audio, but not MIDI.

You’ll also need to make use of Ableton Link to sync the transports of the two apps. TBH - not as elegant as ReWire was, but it will work, as long as you’re OK sequencing the MIDI within Reason.

The better solution moving forward would be to upgrade to the Reason Rack Plugin and use that within PT.

OK well - I successfully got reason 12 audio into PT 2022.10 via Aux I/O AND synced the beat clocks via Ableton Link - but HOW do you get the start/stop to work so they start at the same time?!? I'm pretty sure its reasons fault - as the MTC doesn't seem to work. Its so close to working. Does anyone have a workaround?

YeaH I did the update during Black Friday.
