Default Session Length

Hey all,

Is there a way to trim the session length ?

(Red space on the right)

Also, does this help to run faster if this space is deleted ?

Thanks

The best way to set your session length for bounce, is to highlight your longest wave or midi track,, or combination of tracks to create the amt. of time you want in the song.
Hope this helps,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,, Mike

Generally, if you double click the magnifying glass and you show blank space to the right (your red area), it usually means there are automation points out there. In order to find them, you may have to look on every view of every channel to see them. If you find them, delete them and the session will get shorter. If you don't want to mess with that, just highlight the length of session you want to bounce when you bounce.

Yes I know I can select the length of the bounce

I should have been more specific. What I want is similar to the program reason, I want to end the session at a point, like with an end marker, this has nothing to do with me bouncing. I'm just wondering if it's possible

Sessions are like 811:11 Long and I just thought triming them would make it perform better

Either way, thanks for the feedback
