Man how come you never wrote back to my last messege. Ive being trying since then to get the update to work and it doesnt. Can you post me a full installer because i cant find it. I bought the boxed version of M-Powered 9 because i already had the fast track pro.
Should i get the installer for m-powered 9 or does it matter.

Hey, I was thinking you could log into your Avid account and download the full installer from there. If it's not there, you may be able to contact Avid and request a link.

I cant contact AVID because i dont want to pay 30 euro for one call. And i dont think i have a avid account because i bought the boxed version.
Anyway i am a M-Powered user i forgot to mention doesnt that matter? I was trying to install a Pro tools 9 update is there a difference?
Where can i get the M-Powered updater?

If you bought the boxed version it comes with a serialnumber.
You then create an account on AVID´s homepage and you will need to fill in your serialnumber that comes with the product (if i remember correctly).
This gives you the benefit of downloading your upgrades that you are entitled to for free and there is no other hassle.

The thing is i didnt buy it from Avid website and i registered before i bought it. And when i got pro tools i just installed it straight away and registered it when it came up during the installation. So i didnt go to Avid website to do this.
I just went to my account there and there is nothing there so what do i do now.

If you want to go to 9 with M-Powered, you need the M-Powered 9 upgrade.

I dont want to go to 9 because i use a M-Audio soundcard. I simply want the latest upgrade FOR m-powered 9. Or is the 9.0.3 realease only for Pro tools 9.
How do you export a track you make to mp3 it wont let me.

Export as wave and use any of several free converters to create an mp3. I don't understand how you could register BEFORE you purchase The package should have included a code that was needed to register

What exactly does your ilok authorization for Pro Tools say (on the ilok.com site)?

According to your product registration, you are registered for Pro Tools MP 9. There has only been one release of Pro Tools MP 9, the one that you already have (9.0.0).

Pro Tools MP 9 is not the same as Pro Tools 9, which is why the v9.0.3 update for Pro Tools 9 will not update your software.
