MicroLynx MTC connection Help
Hello all I need some help figuring out how to connect my Micro Lynx to Pro Tools. I have a 9600, d24 mix plus system, 2 * 888, USD, and microlynx time line. I am trying to make Pro Tools the master using MTC. Any help or suggestions on the best way to do this would be appreciated.

I am curently running protools as the slave. Using the mac printer port and oms, per the recommended way.

I have mine connected in a non-standard way, but it is very flexible- and trouble free…
I use a MTP 2 as my midi interface, then have the Microlynx connected via Midi to it. In OMS I have it configured as a timecode source/destination. I can use PT to control it's timecode generator, or have PT slave depending on how the ML controller is configured. charles maynes
