Default Input Monitoring Question?

Im checking out he demo for 10 here. 10 Native doesnt have input monitoring unless I cant find it? I thought it had a stereo version of it?

What Im trying to do: Create a MIDI track, create an AUDIO track to monitor my keyboard synth, Korg Triton. Seems you have to record arm the track to actually hear anything? This is not what Im wanting obviously.

SO, am I left to using whatever CueMix software for my I/O box to achieve this?

Thanks guys.

I have PT10 Native as well and I do have the Input Monitoring option. But I do have CPTK as well and it may be that you need CPTK to enable that option...not 100% sure, though.

No CPTK here. Not paying $1999 for that either. Yes I know the CPTK has it.
10 Native is supposed to have a stereo version of Input Monitoring so who knows. Thats why Im asking of course. Thanks for the response
