Default How do I commit MIDI click track to recording

I'm doing a test session with The Beatles "Blackbird", would like to simply have a metronome click faintly in the background on the finished recording. I have it coming through the phones, but the beats are never written to the track. Is there an easy way to place a series of precise beats onto a track? I tried doing this by hand, but wasn't quite perfect. Would appreciate tips. Thanks

Default Re: How do I commit MIDI click track to recording

-Create a mono aux track
-Insert a Click plugin
-Set Aux's output to Bus 1
-Turn the volume on the aux track up.
-Create an audio Track
-Set the track's input to Bus 1
-Record arm the track
-Press record

and you will be recording click to your audio track.
