Mix System Question Re: G5 and Expansion Chasis

Hey, I got another Mix System (Sold my old one a few months ago)

I've got a Mix Core, DSP Farm, (4) 888's, (1) 882, (1) ADAT Bridge
(Obviously I need more cards to get all my I/O in.... I'm on it)
On a QS DP 800 I think, Running 10.3.9 and 6.4.1cs4 (cs4 I think)
And I have a Digidesign labeled 7 Space (7 I think) Expansion Chasis

I am wondering about the G5 and Expansion Chasis thing

I know some are doing it even though it's not qualified.

So, can someone running a Mix setup in a G5 with an Expansion Chasis chime in?

I imagine I need a specific range of G5, PCI only.... AGP graphics?

I'm not all that familiar with G5's.

Lil help?

Weighing the cost of a G4 MDD against a G5 seems like it would make more sense to go to a G5 being I have the Expansion Chasis

I should note.... all the 'I thinks' are cause I've hardly touched this one yet..... very familiar with Mix.... just not G5's and the unqualified setups
