Digi003 Rack 2 headphone outs are MONO

Hi Guys this is my first thread here. I have a digi003 rack and i found out that the 2 headphone outs are all in mono. I tried to test everything, checked the wires, get different headphones and even tried it in reason since I am using the PT LE7 but I get the same result. Anybody here has the same problem? Any help will be much appreciated. Thanks.

Things to check, and I don't mean to offend, but they are pretty basic mistakes.

• Check that the "mono" button on the front isn't lit up.
• Check that the pan on all of the tracks aren't set to "0" (center).
• The headphone outs are 1/4", it's likely that you are using an 1/8" to 1/4" adapter that is probably mono.
