Workspace search freezes in Ultimate 2022.12
I have 3 machines running here with ultimate. they are connected to a big drive that they share (17TB). it all worked smooth on 2022.10, until i updated 2 of the machines to 2022.12.
If i want to search the shared drive via workspace (on 2022.12), the cpu usage get's up to around 400% and stays there....literally forever (i tried it once just for fun over the weekend).
i already erased all the workspace files and tried to catalogue the whole share from scratch....which didn't work...so i had to pick small bundles of it and catalogue them bit by bit, because every now and then, the machine froze doing it's job. so now the job is done, it still won't work like expected.
search results show up, but i can see in the task manager, that it still performes a search...and even if i cancel this task, the cpu-usage won't drop until i quit pro tools....which also just work's if i force-quit it.
something changed here and I don't know how to tackle it.
