Default Re: MC Pro Power Supply Problem

We tried the external monitor and as it turns out all that was needed was pressing F1 and a subsequent reboot and a renistall of Eucon as it seems to have gotten corrupted.

So far it is back to normal.

Exactly the same scenario with my machine F1 and a reinstall and we were back up and running - I'm glad it was a relatively simple fix for you in this case.

All the best - Andrew

You were very helpful!

To anyone else having the problem, try just pressing F1 even if all you see is a white screen - it may be that simple!

So, exchanging this little battery should solve your problems right away and, then, your MC should hopefully boot up properly again...

Best and good luck,

Hi
It seem my battery died. Is there a manual how to open the back panel on the MC PRO tot get to the motherboard?. I only see the screws on the bottom side.

Solved. No manual necessary. :)
