Advanced Komplete Kontrol Integration Not Working

FIXED. Had to remove the FB360 from the plugin folder.


Hello, I have followed the steps outlined on N.I.'s website and made the appropriate changes in PT 2021.10 but my S49 mkII keyboard still has no control over any Pro Tools functions (transport, faders, etc.)

All N.I. software is up to date.

Can anyone offer any suggestions.

In komplete kontrol preferences under "midi" check all the input output buttons. Try that.

Thanks, unfortunately it did not make a difference.

Other notes:

-When I use the transport via my laptop keyboard it shows on the S49.

-If I mute or solo a track it shows on the S49.

-The instrument in protools shows on the S49 screen but the knobs will not change any of the parameters.

Basically, once Pro Tools "connects" to the S49 the keys, pitch and mod wheel work and the display will show any changes you make to the NI instrument within Pro Tools but the S49 transport controls and other buttons and knobs will not change or control any software parameters.

I have tried changing settings and restarting many times.
