Yes, but double-check your iLok account and buy correct upgrade product. If it says PT9+PT10 bundle, you need to find upgrade to PT11 from PT9+PT10 product, as stated before...

I will surely check out my iLok account and licences, but as I've said before, I've looked at the options at the Avid Store and they only offer upgrade from PT9 and upgrade from PT10. The PT9+PT10 isn't listed anywhere. Therefore I assume that I may use "upgrade from PT10" option as I have valid PT10 licence, regardless I didn't really purchased PT10.

Might be my bad here. I was probably recalling discussions about upgrading from normal PT + CPTK to PT HD

I'm just looking at my iLok account, and indeed, under "licences" there is "Pro Tools 10+9 Bundle" listed there. To the left of this entry there is an arrow that reveal separate PT9 and PT10 licences, both of which never expires. However, when I look at Pro Tools 11 Upgrade/Crossgrade on Avid Store, there is drop-down menu which only shows upgrade from PT9, upgrade from PT10 and crossgrade from LE, MP and EX; all download version.

I'm really sorry for being so tiresome about this, but I want to be sure I won't have any problems buying and activating this update. I have purchased PT update from Avid/Digidesign Store only once so far: I've crossgraded my PT7 LE which came with my Mbox2 to PT8 LE. But I have never upgraded from another free PT upgrade, which is now the case.

I'll ask the supermods about this, but I'm pretty certain that you don't have to worry about it as the PT10-->PT11 upgrade would be perfect for you.

I'm also fairly certain the PT10 -> PT11 upgrade is what you want.
PT10 = a PT10 and PT9 license bundle.
PT11 = a PT11 and PT10 bundle.

When you get the upgrade, your PT10/9 bundle will be replaced with a PT11/10 bundle.

This is correct.

Thank you very much for your patience and answers.

I'm planning to purchase an upgrade within the next few weeks; first I've need to check my PayPal account and some technical details on my DAW computer. It's good to know I may also keep PT10 for backward compatibility. Though the most of the VI's and plugins I use are already 64-bit compliant, there are still a few exceptions, and there is also a matter of older sessions, of course. This PT10+PT11 combination really offers the best compromise.
