Default How to fix a MBOX Defective Channel

Hello everyone!

I recently move my studio to a new location and set up my Pro Tools LE on a new Computer.

When I attempted to record a Stereo Channel, only Channel 2/Right was working.

I looked at the gain knob and its physically PUSHED into the MBOX by about a 1/3 inch or so. I am still getting a signal from CH1/LEF, however its stuck at -40db than what my right channel should be (Both knobs are at the 12 - 3OCLOCK positions, like normal)

Does anyone know of any solutions to correct this, or should I request a replacement unit from DigiDesign?

Thanks!

-- Edit --
I Test both the input L and R signals, they both work.
Channel 1/L INPUT set to LINE INPUT (XLR OFF, PAD OFF, PHANTOM POWER OFF) (Even test Mic Input, same issue)
Channel 1/L OUTPUT/RECORD INPUT LEVEL Rotary Gain Knob looks like it was forced INTO the unit, by about 1/4 to 1/3 an inch / this likely occurred due to force applied to the front of the unit during packaging, handling, transit, or installation.
Channel 1/L INPUT/OUTPUT/RECORD INPUT LEVEL works (sorta) when I Hold My Fingers in a certain position while recording, but it stops working after I let go of the Knob (goes to near silence or -40dbu compared to Channel 2/R). It takes me about a minute each time for me to find and hold that 'Position' again.
Channel 2/R works as intended

While I have had similar instances where knobs were 'forced' into different units (like mixers or midi devices), however they was still operational, however in this case, the MBOX Channel 1 its not operational.
