Shortcut/Key commands gone

Hi guys.
I just bought/downloaded 7.3. Looks very promising. One thing I immediately noticed, as the shortcut for choosing what type of new track and stereo/mono (Ctrl+arrow left/right, up/down) was not working. Anybody else experienced that? Suggestions?
