Default ProTools User Wishlist / Shortcut for Selecting attached regions?

Hi there,
Do you know if there is a ProTools wish list in Digi website?

It is good to have triple click selecting everything in the track but wouldn't it make sense if they would add "selecting all attached regions" let's say with command + triple click? PT selects region with double click but I found quite a few cases when I have multiple regions crossfaded to each other and I have to change automation for the whole piece or move all attached regions together and I need to do it in two steps.

Cheers.

Not entirely sure what you mean, but you can select/add regions from the keyboard.
  • Ctrl-Tab (selects next region)
  • Ctrl-Option-Tab (selects previous region)
  • Ctrl-Shift-Tab (extends selection to next region)
  • Ctrl-Option-Shift-Tab (extends selection to previous region)
Cool stuff, and you can work fast this way.

In addition to Stig's suggestions, you may want to look into Region Grouping once you hit the mix stage. This would allow you to turn each section of regions into "one big region" and allow you to select these with a double click.
