No download link in my Avid account

I want to install Pro Tools 12 in my new iMac and I don´t locate the installer in my Avid account. I´ve got a perpetual license of Pro Tools 12. I had installed the version 12.5.2 in the old Mac. The last time I signed into my Avid account there were the download links (PT 10, 11 and 12) Where could I get the installers, please?

Yes all the Installers on my Account are not appear !!! Pro Tools 12.5.2 and earlier Versions, Like Pro Tools 11 and 10 is gone, I don't know why, and I really need it, For my Mac, I uninstall (Delete) Pro Tools 12.5.2 to Install Pro Tools 12.4, due to some bugs on 12.5.2.....

So What About It AVID, Where are my Installers???


P.S. and you want Reinstate!!!!! for all the bugs that I read in the Duc About 12.6....... This is Amazing !!!! and a Shame....

I have the same problem. I want to install Pro Tools Express on my Mac Mini but I don't see the download link under the "My Products" tab in my Avid account. The only message is this: "No download available. This product is a code only, or available on your purchased discs." I use Pro Tools Express on my laptop and I already activated the code when I first purchased it so I don't know what's the problem?

Where are your discs? Did you lose them? That's an abandoned product from Pro Tools 10 days. Not the same thing as the OP.

Avid never gave out DVD's with Pro Tools Express they were only downloads in the registered users Avid Account
