I'll ask the installer guy to look at this log. Why are you installing both the External WS and EuControl? Can you try with just EuControl.

Do you have any Antivirus software running? It looks like from the logs that the install files are not being allowed to be copied.

Thats the correct installer and all that should be checked is EuControl Software. Our Installer guy says that the installer is being disallowed to copy the files, that's why we suggested an antivirus. It could be other things though...full drive, corrupt drive etc.
