Floating Cursor Bug
I was wondering if Digi had any comment on this, or if any other users have experienced this. After a fresh OS and PT 8 install I notice that when I drag the edit window down up above it there is a floating cursor from Pro Tools. Sometimes the numbers from the time Bars|Beats ruler is there too. It doesnt seem to be major but i was just wondering if this a known issue.
Here's what I'm working with MBP 15'' with 10.5.6 PT LE 8.0cs2 Just had one audio track up. there is is next to the Audio Suite plugin. |

Re: Floating Cursor Bug
Never saw this before. Had some strange graphic issues though, but not like this.

Re: Floating Cursor Bug
I can't necessarily comment about this, but only say that I've seen graphic anomalies on virtually every system I've used (PC or Mac) at one point or another in any number of different apps.
Is it causing problems of any sort? Does it 'stick' there or go away once another graphic element occupies the same space? Does the same problem occur if you test from a different admin account? |

Re: Floating Cursor Bug
Hi. I uploaded a picture of this graphical error. it seems to occur usually when i switch to another programs window. Usually reducing the mix window and maximizing it again realigns the ruler.
