MBox Studio - Pro Tools only showing outputs 1-2 and 3-4, not 5/6/7/8 (trying reamp)

In Pro Tools, on a track output, it's only giving me 1-2 Main and 3-4 Alt as outputs. 5-6 and 7-8 aren't listed. In IO settings though, all the outputs are there and checked off. Any ideas?

Probably needs to be setup in the Mbox Control application.

I didn't do that, but will look. In the PT IO settings, all the MBox IO was listed and checked off, but in Pro Tools track IO selection, only 1-2, and 3-4 were showing. What I did was just create new IO in the PT settings for 5-6, 7-8, basically duplicating what was already there, but naming it different, and now it shows up in the PT track IO selection. No idea what that issue was, but I was able to sort it out by creating those new Outputs.

Ah yes, that's something fairly "normal" with Avid's USB and firewire interfaces. They seem to only add SOME IO by default and the user has to manually add the rest of the paths. Glad you got it sorted

thanks for confirming that! I'm ok with quirks as long as there's an easy way to work around it.
