Default EQ...Help...Looking For Warm Affordable EQ

I'm looking for a warm tube parametic eq...but will be happy with non-tube as long as it is very good...

i'm in the up to $1000 dollar range(but would love to spend less) and my current setup is a Rode NTK/Baby Bottle to an Aphex 207 Mic Pre to a HHB Radius FATMAN compressor...i want to throw an EQ board in that chain...
any suggestions?
