Upgrading to 5.3.1 & Windows XP Pro

I'm thinking about upgrading to 5.3.1 & Windows Xp Pro, however, my Bomb Factory Plugins will not work with Windows Xp. I'm also using T-Rax for mastering and have a version on Waves Golden Bundle from last year and I'm wondering if the plugins will work with Windows XP Pro? Does anyone have any suggestions? I could use the extra eight tracks.
