Paid in full, support plan still not updated in My Account.
Aug 31st I paid for my Pro Tools Update & Support Plan Renewal
$199.00 (expensive). Avid system says there is a problem try again later. Meanwhile money is taken from my PayPal, I receive a receipt from PayPal, payment done. No confirmation from Avid, that the payment is done. My Account still shows that my plan expires in 9 days. iLok the same, no update. Open a case the same day, Aug 31st, again no confirmation email that we received your request, we'll look into it, have a nice freaking day. Nothing. I am losing my patience. Do something.
