Default Backing up files and transfering files.

Okay, I'm going to get another computer and transfer my PT studio to another computer, Problem is, I have some tracks recorded that I want to keep as sessions. So can you make a back up disc of your session and then transfer it to the new computer and PT will recgonize it and open it up as a new session and you can mix and carry on as before?...
