Can someone check out this link and tell me is this price the same as United States or are the money values different? and the software here doesnt say it works with windows xp.. does anyone know what software this includes?

amd processor
896 mb ram
160 gb hard drive (hot swap drives for recording)
128 mb xfx video card (dual screen)
