Okay first I must say that totally sucks for you!! HOWEVER I must say that's also one of the coolest things I've seen
Okay back to the totally sucking thing... I would try a hardware reset on the Control24 and see if that works. Also see if you can re-update the firmware. If you do that and still have a problem then it could be far more than the power supply, such as the system board itself.
