I also see the GUI lagging bug, but this is different. For example, today I had to drag a bunch of midi CC automation points. For a midi track that was automating a wah pedal plug-in. When I clicked and dragged all of the automation together, it took Pro tools almost a minute and a half to show the change. If I clicked individual points and dragged them, it took about 3 seconds per adjustment which is an insane amount of time for a Mac Pro 9,1. Something is definitely weird in the MIDI editing world.
