You’re not alone:

“I contacted iZotope Customer Care and they confirmed the issue right away:

The issue here is that on Windows 10 systems, Pro Tools 12+ monopolizes the function of the Alt/Option key, preventing the Alt Solo feature from taking effect. Our Development Team are aware of the issue and are working to correct this in a future software update.”
