Purchased the card from newegg; the problem is that the issue was not discovered until I purchased the new monitor with DVI, was previously using analog, so didn't know the video card was broken. Couldn't get a refund since it was past 30 days, but they offered to replace the card, which is good customer service from newegg. So, I have a spare....Good news is the pc is working great now!
