Unless you have a local studio or pro-audio dealer that offers this, I would sign up at Groove 3 for their video tutorials. They are probably the best available and well worth the cost. To maximize the learning, I would run the videos on a separate computer(laptop, tablet or whatever) so you can work in Pro Tools as the video rolls(the best way to learn is by actually doing what you are learning) I know some fairly seasoned folks that use Groove 3 and all have said it was worth every cent
