If I remember correctly, I had the same issue. What I did was uninstall if you have the old CDROMS or trash all ProTools versions , files preferences. Re-installed 6.4 and repaired permissions. This took care of it. However, the Digibase guide was missing with 6.4 so I just opened one of the other versions and copied the file into the documentation folder. All is well.
