When page scrolling stops
This has started to happen more frequently, and it's annoying. I see that small, blue arrow to the very right of the timeline ruler, and then I know scrolling won't come back until I quit and re-open the session.
What could cause scrolling to suddenly stop working? Quit and re-open, and it's back again.
