Default ProTools HD locked up w/fast forward and rewind lit up
Okay, so my protools HD has locked up a few times. I notice that the Fast forward AND the rewind buttons are lit up up top.

Can someone tell me what I'm hitting on the keyboard to activate and how to get out of it?
