The previous version of the Pro Tools HD 7.4.2cs2 update was found to have a problem with the D-Command.bundle component. When declaring D-Command in Ethernet Controllers, Pro Tools would prompt for an update to an incorrect version of the D-Command firmware (7.4.0.328). Pro Tools would also prompt for this update whenever the Peripherals dialog was closed. A newer version of the Pro Tools HD 7.4.2cs2 Update which resolves this issue has been posted today (December 3, 2008).
