Default DropBox Sync Issue with ProTools on PC

About every other time I try to save my session, I get the following error message:

Could not save "" because The process cannot access the file because it is being used by another process. (32) c:\Users\me\Dropbox\me\Tunes\Idea-070221\wfyhXCHSdgwpFCBB\.

I have my sessions automatically save to my DropBox Sync folder. I recently just moved from Mac, and never had this issue. Automatically backed-up my sessions to DropBox.

I CAN still save. I just get this error message about every other time I try to save. Considering I ctrl-s like every five minutes, this is a little annoying.

Any ideas? Also posted this in a DropBox forum.
