Default Control 24 & HD3_Mac_Won't come Online
Hi. We've been running HD3 on an older Mac G4 and Pro Tools 6 with a Control 24. We just upgraded the computer to a new PowerMac 3.2 Quad core and upgraded the HD cards to PCIe. The computer recognizes the new cards and Pro Tools but I cannot get the Control 24 to come on line. Do we have to change anything in the Control 24 to be compatible with the new system? Is there a clearly written trouble shooting guide available to get us reconnected and working? Thanks.
