Just bumping this. I finally received an email from Avid Support setting up a case last Wednesday. They asked me for some information which I responded to within two hours. No response in almost a week, for which I followed up a couple of days ago. Can anyone from Avid help me? The timeliness of Avid is truly frustrating. Fortunately, I'm a hobbyist so it's not the end of the world, but if I depended on this process to finish a project for a paying client, I'd really be livid. Case Number - 04303919

AVID NEEDS TO DO BETTER. THERE'S NO EXCUSE FOR SUCH POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE, WHICH I'M TRYING TO PAY THEM FOR!
