Yes. We had this one time happening last year on 7.2 HD.
I am sorry. I dont remeber well how we solved it. If I remember right it was relatetd to a waves plugin. It must be somehow crashed on the chip. I think we removed it and inserted it back again.
Tomorrorw I will ask our sound guy.
