PT - G4 mirror door - OS9 Mix + shifting over to OSX PT6 - expansion chassis problem?

Hi Folks! (long time no see over here!)

We have a dual boot Mirror door G4 1.2 gig
With a very old Bit 3 7slot expansion chassis with one Mix core & 6 Mix + cards..
OS 9.2 on PT 5.1.3

When we try to boot up PT 6.1
It gives us blacked out dual monitors 'no computer signal'

We have to yank the video card and put it back in again to get the screens going again.

Any ideas?
