Ok, I've searched the answerbase and tried all of the recommendations:

*Energy Saver Control Panel is On and set to never

*I've zeroed out the memory setting for DAE and PT

*Disk Cache is set to 512k.

The jerkiness remains but ONLY ON CERTAIN SESSIONS! It has nothing to do with how many tracks are being used or plug ins or anything but some sessions play back jerky every time and others not.
