You may have a bad Accel card. There have been some manufacturing tolerance problems resulting in a "timing reset issue" on newer Accel cards. Contact your dealer OR Digi Tech Support by phone to exchange out your cards if need be. (Point your dealer to the link below if you have any problems.)
The tell tale sign is if you *constantly* get -1122 Errors and have to attempt multiple start ups to boot even after using the Pro Tools Pref & Database Helper app.
