FYI - you can't use the Dante Firmware Update Manager app in modern macOS versions like Catalina and beyond. Use the Dante Updater which is built into Dante Controller then -> Import Firmware option:

You may have to click on the hamburger menu first in the upper right hand corner of the UI and tick Advanced Settings > Allow Imported Firmware.
