After checking your account I'd say the problem isn't OS compatibility - you only have a PT11 Free Sdnt Upgrade in your iLok account which is a bundle including Pro Tools 10 and Pro Tools 11 licenses. That cannot authorize 12.x. Looks like that was a free update for your PT10 which was purchased when we were offering the special student product with 4 years of releases. I'll check in with the CS rep and follow up via that case to get this sorted out.
