Default Changed email address, licenses lost
Hi, I changed our email address from ... to ... and now 3 Pro Tools Studio + 21 Sibelius Ultimate and who know what else are missing. Only our Pro Tools Ultimate is still there + a bunch of old and free licenses.
Why is it always like playing Russian Roulette when you have to deal with Avid accounts?
