It might be, and it might not be. There's really no way to know for sure on a non-Avid qualified PC until you try it. I run a similar i3 based laptop made by Fujitsu. When I first got it it had 4GB RAM, and it ran fine with PTLE 8.0.4. I've since updated it to 8GB and PT9. The RAM upgrade seems to have had no effect at all, but that's what I expected with a 32-bit DAW.

Many people will tell you that it will not work due to the integrated graphics. Mine has the same integrated graphics controller as yours, and I have no trouble at all running PTLE or PT9.

You WILL NEED a second hard drive for your sessions, and it must be a 7200 RPM drive. Avid does not qualify USB2 drives for PTLE (they are qualified for PT9), but I think in Windows 7 the USB2 drives are fine in PTLE or PT9. A SATA drive, either external or internal is the best way to go if you can manage that. Sessions should not be run on a 5400 RPM drive like the system drive you have, and they should not be run on the system drive anyway.
