If anyone else experiences this, please check the Publisher License ID column for your license in iLok License Manager (right+click the column heading to enable this if you don't see it). That field should show your System ID - if it's blank there's a problem and you should start a support case via the Support Center link in my.avid.com or the Contact Support link at avid.com/learn-and-support/contact-audio-and-music-support
