hello,

i'm getting the error -36 and dae too slow on my FW Lacie 160gb HDD...
running on a g5 2.5 with 1.5gb ram and HD2...

i have only 1 partition on the FW disk formated with disk utility...

i had the dae too slow problem on my SCSI 10krpm HDD too
with an atto UL3D card...

need help...
The -36 error is stemming from an OS problem reading the data structure or files from the drive(s). -36 is rather vague in exact definition, but not caused by Pro Tools.

By "DAE too slow", are referring to a -9073 error I presume?
