The CPTK ("Complete Production Tool Kit" was an extension I bought for my PT9.
It extended regualr Pro Tools with HD Features.
Later one was eligable to upgrade this to an HD licence, that has the same features as the HD versions that ship with HD hardware.
You can upgrade this to a HD 12 licece if you want.

Slightly less features, but still working in AX and therefore in PT HD 11 + 12.
